Chandra Shekhar hospitalised

NEW DELHI, JAN. 22. The former Prime Minister and Samajwadi Janata Party president, Chandra Shekhar, was today admitted to the Batra hospital after he fell ill.

Party sources said the condition of Mr. Chandra Shekhar, suffering from hypertension, was now better. However, doctors are making a thorough investigation.
