NEW DELHI, FEB. 19. The Delhi High Court will pronounce orders on Wednesday on a writ petition filed by the DMK candidate, `Vaigai' Sekar, seeking postponement of the February 21 polls to Tamil Nadu's Andipatti Assembly constituency, from where the AIADMK general secretary, Jayalalithaa, is contesting. The judge, Manmohan Sarin, had reserved orders on February 12 on the petition which had alleged that more than 17,000 bogus votes had been included in the voters' list and that the polls should be deferred till these names were ordered to be deleted by the Election Commission.
