Ratwatte's arrest ordered

COLOMBO, FEB. 19. Sri Lanka's Attorney-General today ordered the arrest of the former Defence Minister, Anuruddha Ratwatte, in connection with the massacre of 10 persons on the day of the 2001 parliamentary election.
