NEW DELHI, FEB. 22. Even as the National Commission to Review the Working of the Constitution commenced its work of finalising the report, the Union Cabinet today extended its term by one month till March to enable it to submit its recommendations. The two-year term of the Commission, headed by Justice M.N. Venkatachalaiah, comes to end on February 28 and it was indicated that the report in two volumes would be presented to the Prime Minister, Atal Behari Vajpayee, on March 14. But considering the enormous task, the Commission has been given one more month.
