NEW DELHI, FEB. 23. The Defence Ministry today rejected a British media report about the presence of American and British troops in Jammu and Kashmir. ``India will not allow foreign troops in Jammu and Kashmir. The report is incorrect and baseless,'' said a Ministry spokesperson here. The report had claimed that a 40-man operations group comprising troops from the American Delta Force and the British Special Air Service had arrived in Jammu and Kashmir to track down the Al-Qaeda leader, Osama bin Laden, who was being sheltered in Jammu and Kashmir by the Harkat-ul-Mujahideen.
