Kalyan Singh wins

LUCKNOW, FEB. 24. The former Chief Minister, and the Rashtriya Kranti Party (RKP) president, Kalyan Singh, won from the Atrauli constituency in Aligarh defeating his nearest BJP rival, Umesh Kumari, by over 3,5000 votes.
