Vikas Yadav defeated

LUCKNOW, FEB. 24. Vikas Yadav, an accused in the kidnapping and subsequent murder of a bureaucrat's son, Nitish Katara, lost in Bisauli Assembly constituency in Budau district in Uttar Pradesh.

Vikas, son of the Rajya Sabha member, D.P. Yadav, was the candidate of the Rashtriya Parivartan Dal and was defeated by the Samajwadi Party's Yogendra Kumar.
