ACAPULCO, FEB. 28. Top seed Tommy Haas blew two match points in a third set tie-break as he skidded out, of the $ 25,000 Mexican Open to Spain's Fernando Vicente. Despite hammering down 15 aces on the slow, red clay, Haas was unable to punch a hole through Vicente's sturdy defences, losing 7-6 (7-5), 3-6, 7-6 (9-7) here on Wednesday.
