withdrawn from the temple town, but ruled out the postponement of the proposed temple construction from March 15. He told newspersons here that he was ready to meet Mr. Vajpayee only after normalcy was restored in Ayodhya by withdrawing security forces who had been deployed there. The massive deployment of security personnel had disrupted normal life, he added. The Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister, Rajnath Singh, and the senior BJP leader, Lalji Tandon, had met him here yesterday with ``a message of peace and reconciliation'' from the Prime Minister. He, however, declined to give out details of his talks with Mr. Singh and Mr. Tandon. He said the 100-day Sri Ram `Mahayagna' at Karsevakpuram in Ayodhya would continue as per programme. The `kar sevaks' will continue to arrive in Ayodhya to participate in the `yagna' and the VHP's March 15 programme will remain unchanged, he said. _ PTI
