Seminar on media language

CHENNAI March 2. The Jain Vishva Bharati Institute is organising a one-day seminar on `Violence in Language' here on Sunday. L.M. Singhvi, chancellor of this deemed university, will inaugurate the seminar and a range of speakers will discuss the issue in various aspects of life. The relevance of non-violence in today's polity, use of language in the media and violent language in literature are some of the themes to be discussed.
