SP threatens stir against U.P. Governor

LUCKNOW, MARCH 2. The Samajwadi Party today threatened to launch an agitation in Uttar Pradesh against the ``inordinate delay in the formation of an elected Government.''

Party spokesman and senior leader, Ahmed Hassan, alleged that there was a ``conspiracy'' to prevent the SP from forming the Government. -UNI
