Court permits Sanjay Dutt's Ladakh trip

MUMBAI MARCH 3 . A special court has allowed film star Sanjay Dutt to visit Ladakh for 17 days from today to shoot J.P. Dutta's multi-starrer, `Line of Control'.

On a plea by Mr. Sanjay's lawyer, Farhana Shah, the designated judge, P.D. Kode, allowed him to visit Ladakh on the condition that he would attend the court on March 21. The actor is facing the charge of possessing AK-56 rifle (a terrorist weapon) in a notified area (Mumbai) under the TADA(P) Act. — PTI
