By Our Legal Correspondent

HYDERABAD MARCH 6. A Division Bench of the High Court comprising the Chief Justice, AR Lakshmanan, and Justice I. Venkatnarayana on Wednesday admitted a writ appeal filed by Princess Monolia Jah, former third wife of erstwhile Nizam Mukarram Jah. The bench stayed the operation of order of the single judge who stayed all proceedings in the family court.

Ms. Manolya filed the suit seeking maintenance for her and her child Niloufer before the family court. In a recent application she sought a direction restraining the Nizam and his agents from interfering with her proposed stay in Chiran Palace.
