Ibobi sworn in

IMPHAL, MARCH 7. The Congress leader, Ibobi Singh, who led the four-party Secular Progressive Front (SPF) to victory in last month's Assembly election in Manipur, was today sworn in as the Chief Minister.

The Governor, Ved Marwah, administered the oath of office and secrecy to Mr. Singh at a simple ceremony at the Raj Bhawan.
