NEW DELHI, MARCH 8. The Minister for Youth Affairs and Sports, Uma Bharti, today said the ``unobstructed construction'' of the `Ram Mandir' will commence from June later this year. ``Wait until June and see how the (Ram) temple construction starts,'' Ms. Bharti said on the sidelines of the renaming function of the National Stadium here as `Major Dhyanchand National Stadium'. Asked if ``any deal'' was involved in the Vishwa Hindu Parishad's climbdown from its earlier position, the Union Minister said: ``I am not aware of any deal ....'' However, the Minister did not specify `where' the temple would be built or even whether the VHP had come to `accept the court verdict, in toto - even if that meant building a mosque at Ayodhya in exchange for `any other thing'. Ms. Bharti was non-committal regarding the next step on the temple construction issue as also the government's plan. The Home Minister, L.K. Advani unveiled the plaque renaming the stadium after hockey wizard, Dhyanchand. - UNI
