NEW DELHI, MARCH, 11. The Pakistan Foreign Minister, Abdul Sattar, tonight said he was prepared to travel to New Delhi for a dialogue to resolve the Indo-Pakistan border tension. ``For a solution, there needs to be a dialogue first,'' he told the Zee TV, recalling his visit to India in 1987 when a similar situation had prevailed and he had been successful in his effort. Mr. Sattar said his effort would be to try and find a way out of the ``present difficulty'' in the relations between the two countries. He favoured third party monitoring of the developments along the Line of Control. _ PTI
