Arrest warrant against Sharad Yadav

JABALPUR, MARCH. 17. An arrest warrant has been issued against the Union Labour Minister, Sharad Yadav, for continuous non-appearance in connection with a case pertaining to the 1983 Jabalpur bandh.

The Judicial Magistrate, First Class, P.K. Sharma, on Saturday, directed the Superintendent of Police, Jabalpur, Surendra Pandey, that the warrant issued against Mr. Yadav be instituted through the police commissioner and the parliamentary joint secretary, New Delhi.
