CHANDIGARH, MARCH. 18. Twenty-one persons had been arrested in connection with yesterday's attack on two mosques and adjoining shops and houses at Loharu in Bhiwani district, the Haryana Assembly was informed today. The Chief Minister, Om Prakash Chautala, making a statement in the House, said the situation in the town was normal and local residents had started the repair work of the places of worship. - PTI
