KOLKATA MARCH 23 . Food Corporation of India (East) and Calcutta Customs moved up in the 107th all-India Beighton Cup hockey tournament with an identical 3-0 victories here on Saturday. FCI, one of the crack local sides, ousted Police AC after dominating the game. Ranjan Dhang opened the scoring in the 14th minute with a fine field goal. Within two minutes of change of sides, Jardine Surin scored off a penalty corner and the next minute Dhang got his second and team's second with another field goal. FCI would next take on Calcutta Electric Supply Corporation (CESC) in the second round game. Customs, former local league champion, eliminated Bangalore's Pioneer Company Training Centre, a team of Army recruits. All the goals came in the first half. A. Ahmed put Customs ahead in the very first minute as P.K. Jeena consolidated with a 10th minute strike. Two minutes before halftime, G. Srivastava completed the rout.
