Move to check exploitation of labour

BHUBANESWAR APRIL 7. The Central Government has initiated measures to rationalise the existing labour laws to protect the interests of the workers engaged in different sectors, the Union Labour Minister, Sharad Yadav, said today.

Addressing presspersons here, Mr. Yadav said that after the commission submitted its report, steps would be taken to carry out necessary amendments in the existing laws and have comprehensive rules wherever required to check exploitation of the labourers, including those in the unorganised sectors.
