``In the field of information and communication technology and bio-technology we may work together and move forward,'' the Mauritius Deputy Premier, Paul Raymond Berenger, said after an hour-long discussion with the Human Resource Development Minister, Murli Manohar Joshi. Mr. Berenger, who was on a week-long visit here at the invitation of the Finance Minister, Yashwant Sinha, said the relationship between the two countries was not only ``excellent but also unique''. Stating that New Delhi considered Mauritius as ``mini-India'', Dr. Joshi said relationship between the two countries apart from political, economic and cultural was also emotional. Emphasising early completion of the Rajiv Gandhi Science Centre there so that students could make use of it more effectively, Dr. Joshi thanked Mauritius for its continued support to India for securing permanent seat in the U.N. Security Council as well as its support in the world body. PTI
