MUMBAI APRIL 9.The suspected Al-Qaeda terrorist, Mohammed Afroz Abdul Razak, was today released from the Byculla prison following bail granted by a special court even as the police filed a chargesheet against him, four months after his arrest in a case of sedition. Soon after his release from jail, Afroz appeared before the designated Judge, A.B. Bhangale, who accepted the chargesheet and adjourned the case to April 24
