Sir, It is surprising that the Congress has observed that the NDA Government had not taken adequate efforts to extradite the LTTE chief, Velupillai Prabakaran. When their Government was in power, they could do nothing about it. Even the Sri Lankan Government has been unable to bring him to justice. If it were easy to do so, then the LTTE problem would have been solved by Sri Lanka long ago.
