Pak. judge resigns

By B. Muralidhar Reddy

ISLAMABAD April 17. The Pakistan President, Pervez Musharraf's move to hold a Presidential referendum on April 30 suffered a setback today with a judge of the Baluchistan High Court resigning from office, accusing the Government of pressuring him to change his views on the legal validity of the referendum.

He had resigned as member of the Election Commission a day after Gen. Musharraf announced the decision to go ahead with the referendum.
