Attack on scribe

JAMMU APRIL 18. A senior journalist with The Tribune was injured when a militant hurled a grenade at his house in Srinagar, while four persons were arrested by special operations group of the J&K police from a cyber cafe in Poloview area.

Ehsan Fazili, Srinagar correspondent, escaped with minor injuries when the militant entered the Press Enclave residence and asked him to run away. Before he could understand what the young boy was asking, he hurled the grenade towards the wall which exploded causing damage to the wall and splinter injuries to the journalist. The grenade was not aimed at Mr. Fazili, police said.

In Poloview area of Srinagar, police raided a cybercafe and picked up four people, including its owner, Qaisar Ahmed.
