With today's recovery, the total cash and value of movable and immovable properties seized touched a whopping Rs. 25 crore with cash alone accounting for Rs. 16 crores. The IGP (Vigilance), A. P. Pandey, told newspersons here this evening that three more lockers of Mr. Sidhu's associates had come to the attention of the police. Mr. Pandey said Rs. 8,16,40,500 was tallied with the help of counting machines and recovered from the five lockers belonging to Mr. Sidhu's brother, Reetinder Singh Sidhu, who had three lockers, his sister-in-law, Harjinder Kaur, and mother, Prithipal Kaur, who had one locker each in Indus Ind Bank here.
