Sir, __ The report about the Dutch Government resigning for not acknowledging its responsibility and taking its share of the blame for the 1995 massacre in the Bosnian `safe haven' of Srebrenica, which the Dutch United Nations troops were supposed to protect, was heartening. What a contrast this is to the Modi Government which is holding its head high even after the shameful human rights violations in Gujarat.
