Keep up the pressure

Sir — Your Editorial ``Responding to the LTTE'' (April 16): The unclear stand of the Indian Government may raise serious questions about its intentions towards this dreaded terrorist organisation. We should not commit the mistake of showing any softness towards it. Though all know that it is quite impossible at this time to get Velupillai Prabakaran extradited, India should keep the pressure on the Sri Lankan Government as we are doing on Pakistan just now.
