Legislators of Shiv Sena and BJP raised slogans and threw about torn papers in the House, while unfurling banners which said, ``Vilasrao, are you resigning for Akola and Kalyan''. The House could hardly transact any business and deferred to tomorrow even the customary practice of bidding farewell to retiring members.
