Apollo to set up hospital in Ahmedabad

NEW DELHI APRIL 25. Apollo Group today announced that it would invest Rs. 130 crores for setting up a hospital in Ahmedabad that would be operational from August this year.

"We are setting up our own hospital in Ahmedabad at an investment of Rs. 130 crores. The hospital would start functioning from August," Chairman, Apollo group of Hospitals, Pratap C. Reddy, said here.

He said the model adopted for Apollo Millennium Hospital in New Delhi (being managed by Apollo Hospital group under a contractual agreement with the promoters of Millennium Hospital) would be replicated in Chennai. — PTI
