6 killed in DRDO lab fire

Pune April 25 . Six persons were killed and one injured in a fire that broke out at the High Energy Materials Research Laboratory (HEMRL), at the Defence Research Development Organisation (DRDO), here today.

Two of the six dead were technical officers of the HEMRL..

The fire broke out in the Solid Rocket Propellant section of the HEMRL at around 3 p.m. and was contained within an hour, officials claimed.
