NCP to vote against Govt.

Jaipur April 27. Accusing the BJP of pursuing its ``hidden agenda of communal divide in the country'', the Nationalist Congress Party leader,

P.A. Sangma today said that his party would vote in support of the Opposition-sponsored censure motion against the Vajpayee Government in the Lok Sabha.

``We welcome the ruling of the Lok Sabha Deputy Speaker, P.M. Sayeed, to hold the discussion on the Gujarat situation in the House under Rule 184 which provides for voting and the NCP has decided to support the motion'', Mr. Sangma told reporters here.

He charged that while the BJP was playing the ``Hindu card'', the Congress was playing the ``Muslim card'' for garnering votes.— PTI
