However, observing that there was prima facie evidence to show the actor's involvement in the `deception', Justice A. Ramamurthi directed him to deposit Rs. 50 lakhs, in addition to Rs. 50,000 as personal bond and two sureties for a like sum each. ``It is prima facie clear that there has been deception on the part of Vijayakumar since inception, and taking advantage of the fact that the government land lay adjoining his property he somehow managed to convey (annex) that property also'', Mr. Justice Ramamurthi noted. Mr. Vijayakumar should surrender his passport to the CB-CID within two weeks, and make himself available for interrogation as and when required. According to the CB-CID, the actor conspired with individuals and Revenue Department officials to occupy the poromboke land and obtain patta through illegal means in 1987. He is alleged to have sold the property to the Anubhav Group of companies for a huge sum. The agency has sought his custodial interrogation.

Justice M. Karpagavinayagam also directed her to donate Rs. 10,000 to the asylum. She should give food, clothes and toys to the children during her stay, the judge added.
