Sir, The quality of the Tirupati laddu is deteriorating. Previously preparation of laddu was governed by certain specifications laid down by the elders. Recently, I got 10 laddus from Tirumala (TTD stall) and none of them contained either cashewnut or cardamom. The weight of the laddu should be 175 gm. but it was never that much. The quality is so bad without any preservatives it gets spoiled the very next day of its purchase.
B. Srinivasan,
