Britannia New Zealand Foods' CEO

CHENNAI: The board of directors of Britannia Industries has announced the appointment of P. K. Malik to the position of Chief Executive Officer of Britannia New Zealand Foods Pvt. Ltd., a joint venture between Britannia Industries and Fonterra Cooperative Group of New Zealand, says a press release.
