Balan case accused surrenders

KULITHALAI MAY 10 . Jagan (27) of Saidapet, Chennai, an accused in the M.K. Balan murder case surrendered before the Kulithalai judicial Magistrate II, S. Ramasamy, today. Jagan is also allegedly involved in some other cases. The magistrate remanded him to judicial custody till May 24. Jagan was lodged in the Tiruchi Central Prison.
