Letters to the Editor
Sir, I read with horror the tragedy that unfolded in Jammu. When the soldiers commit an act to protect themselves, we talk about human rights. But when serious heinous crimes are committed by the so-called freedom fighters, we are silent. It is time the Government educated the public through the media on how and where to report suspicious looking characters in public places. What we need in India now is a vigilant society. Anbalagan, Selangor, Malaysia
