Glenmark Pharma net up 33 p.c.

Glenmark Pharmaceuticals has registered a 33.28 per cent rise in its net profit at Rs. 22.77 crores for the financial year ended March 31, 2002 against Rs. 17.08 crores.

The board of directors has recommended a 60 per cent , subject to the approval of shareholders, the company informed the Bombay Stock Exchange. The total income grew by 42.80 per cent at Rs. 241.74 crores against Rs. 169.28 crores.
