SCL to set up fabrication centre

CHENNAI: The Semiconductor Complex (SCL), has been selected as the foundry for fabrication of silicon based Micro Electro Mechanical Systems (MEMS). SCL has initiated work on the augmentation of its existing wafer fabrication facility to establish a full-fledged MEMS centre for fabrication of devices, according to a company release.
