A vacation Bench comprising Justice N. Santosh Hegde and Justice S. N. Variava, while posting the PUDR application for hearing along with other pending matters after vacation, suggested that the petitioners in case of urgency could approach the Gujarat High Court where related matters were pending. The petitioner said the pending matters related only to seven camps in Ahmedabad but there were around 98 camps run across the State. PTI
