Spreading to over seven hectares of land, of which nearly 6.5 has been reserved for an environment friendly landscape, the idea behind the complex is to provide the best of Indian cuisines at one place. As a starting point, around 300 sq and 500 sq plot of land has been already allotted to a French franchisee and to the Indian chain Haldiram. While the Authority is hoping to attract established food joints to invest and set up operations in the town, plans are also afoot to allot lands to smaller establishments like juice makers and chaatwalas to ensure a well planned and organised set up. The authority is also planning to set-up an open air restaurant in the complex.
