Lobby for peace

Sir, — Why has the Government been saying in the past 50 years that the Kashmir issue will be solved bilaterally without mediation? The world community knows that Pakistan supports terrorism in Kashmir. India should lobby in the international arena and impress upon the world the need for a permanent solution on Kashmir.
