Medical courses applications

CHENNAI May 24. The application and prospectus for admissions to the first year MBBS/BDS and Para Medical courses for 2002-03 is available at government medical colleges.

The forms for medical courses cost Rs.500 and for para medical courses Rs.300, payable by DD drawn in favour of ``The Secretary, Selection Committee, Chennai 10'' on all days from May 27 to June 8, 5 p.m.

Candidates belonging to SC/ST are exempt from paying the application cost, if they produce an attested photocopy of the community certificate. The last date for submitting the filled in applications is June 10, says a release from the Addl. Director of Medical Education/Secretary of the Selection Committee, Thiagavalli Kirubakaran.
