PM's call to nation

Manali May 24 .The Prime Minister, Atal Behari Vajpayee, today asked the nation to unitedly fight the war against terrorism and said nobody should have any doubt about India's victory in this mission.

Inaugurating a conference on problems of tribal women, Mr. Vajpayee said that the country would never compromise on terrorism and strongly condemned the brutal killing of women and children at Kaluchak near Jammu.

Comparing the terrorist with `Kansa', the infamous demon King in the epic Mahabharata, he said the terrorist must realise that along with the onset of his terror his killer was also born.

He asked the political parties to rise above petty differences and evolve consensus on all national problems. — PTI
