The IED, planted by militants near Chapnari on Doda-Bhagwah road, was concealed in plastic buckets connected to each other by electronic devices, the spokesman said. He said experts of the bomb disposal squad defused the IED before it could have caused any damage or casualty. The IED was enough to destroy a number of vehicles, he said, adding that it was apparently planted by militants to target security forces. PTI
