Sir, At this perilous hour, saner voices should be listened to to avert the gravest crisis confronting South Asia. If the Indian Government still pushed ahead with its war efforts, it would be construed that by creating an unnecessary war hysteria, the NDA Government is deliberately attempting to divert the people's attention from issues such as the Gujarat carnage.
