Shekar Swamy gets U.S. University award

CHENNAI MAY 31. The President of R.K. Swamy/BBDO, one of India's leading advertising agencies, Shekar Swamy, has received the Alumni Hall of Achievement award of the Northwestern University in the U.S. for his contributions to developing the standards of advertising and integrated marketing communications in the global arena. The award was presented by the Dean and faculty at the University's Evanston, Illinois campus recently. Mr. Swamy was one of six recipients mostly drawn from the U.S. from different fields.
