New Delhi, May 31. The Special Cell of the Delhi Police caught a staffer of the Pakistan High Commission, Amir Sabbir, while receiving secret defence documents from a former Indian Air Force (IAF) personnel, Naresh Kumar, here this evening, police said. Special Cell sources said Sabbir was caught at 5.15 p.m. near Pragati Maidan in Central Delhi while giving Rs. 10,000 to Kumar, in lieu of secret defence documents. Kumar had sought retirement from the force in 1994 and was allegedly in touch with the Pakistan High Commission since then. While Sabbir was declared a ''persona non grata'' and was being handed over to the Pakistan High Commission through the Ministry of External Affairs, Kumar was arrested under the Official Secrets Act and would be produced in court tomorrow. - UNI
