Balram Singh, constable in the DRDO, was arrested last night by the Special Cell, police said.Mr. Singh, who hails from Jhukhan village of Mathura district in Uttar Pradesh, had gone to a cyber cafe in Vasant Kunj in south Delhi to get the contents of a computer floppy copied onto another floppy. However, the cyber cafe owner got suspicious as the copied documents carried the ``confidential'' tag and informed the police.The floppy contained ``classified'' and ``sensitive'' documents relating to the Indian military, police sources said. _ _ PTI
