In a statement issued here in reaction to "proof of intensive consultations in the preparation of the NCFSE'' provided by NCERT on Thursday following the walkout by 16 State Education Ministers from the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Council on May 26 for misrepresenting them in Parliament and the Supreme Court the three Education Ministers sought to nail the Council's lie. According to Indrajeet Kumar, Satyanarayan Sharma, and Shantilal Dhariwal, the Education Ministers of Madhya Pradesh, Chhattisgarh, and Rajasthan, respectively, 16 Ministers walked out of the 38th AGM because the Human Resources Development (HRD) Ministry and NCERT had told Parliament and the Supreme Court that the NCFSE had the approval of the 37th AGM, despite the fact that the minutes of the meeting make no mention of any approval being sought or given for the new curriculum.
